How does the towel attach to a golf bag?

Use the screw-lock carabiner to attach the towel to your bag. Once detached, the magnet lets you attach it to a metal surface or pick it up from the ground with an iron or wedge.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, for 1 year from delivery. If the magnetic clip, the carabiner or the stitching fails in normal use, email hello@dryvengolf.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a new towel at no cost, and you don’t need to return the old one.

Normal wear, such as fading, and lost towels aren’t covered.

What is it made from?

Both microfiber sides are made from 80% polyester and 20% polyamide. The waffle side is 380 GSM and the terry side is 300 GSM.

What is included with each towel?

Each towel includes its magnetic clip and screw-lock carabiner.

How should I care for the towel?

Machine wash cold with similar colors. Do not use fabric softener. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Keep the towel away from Velcro.

Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible through the website contact form or at hello@dryvengolf.com. If fulfillment has not started, we may be able to update your shipping address or cancel your order. Once fulfillment has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

What if tracking stops updating or says delivered, but I cannot find my package?

Contact us through the website contact form or at hello@dryvengolf.com with your order number and tracking details. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the affected order.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. If the towel isn’t for you, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies instead. Problems with an order, such as damage, a defect or a wrong item, are handled through our replacement and refund policy.
